JOB DETAIL
This role typically involves providing administrative support within an organization, including tasks such as scheduling, communication, office management, and assisting the executive.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chinese boss, including scheduling meetings, managing emails, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Act as the liaison between the boss and internal departments, as well as external clients and partners.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Manage and update social media platforms, ensuring the company’s online presence is up-to-date and engaging.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and high-quality output.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour, ensuring all interactions reflect the company’s values.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Chinese is a plus but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and a keen interest in maintaining and enhancing online presence.
- An interest in flowers or the floral industry is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work with Chinese start-up company.
