JOB DETAIL

- Controlling of goods by key in the system e.g. transfer stock slip, pending, and NG stock
- Coordinate and prepare the documents and monthly report related to BOI privileges, customs
- Coordinate with the operation of the warehouse e.g. receiving and shipping of goods, transportation booking, delivery schedule, inventory
- Coordinate with shipping agent for clearing export shipment
- Monitoring and controlling the inventory stock of good movement including damaged products during the handling
- Inventory check and making a report
- Making the report of non-moving stock
- Checking the warehouse cost and transportation cost
- Preparing and submitting documentation to BOI, DFT, EXCISE, NBTC
- Processing claim damage of goods
- Other special jobs related to the warehouse e.g. making the packing standard, customer audit
- Controlling of goods by key in systems e.g. transfer stock slip, pending, and NG stock
- Controlling and reporting the expenses of warehouse equipment e.g. pallet box
- Check import entry before the customs clearance process e.g. import duty, HS code, FTA

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female only, Age between 35 - 45 years old
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field
- Over 5 years of experience in logistics and BOI
- Experienced in import and export and work related to the Customs Department, and able to verify accuracy
- Experienced in contacting, coordinating, and preparing documents for various license applications with BOI, DFT, TISI, NBTC
- Experienced in inventory control and report preparation
- Intermediate command of English (Email/Communication)
- Good logistics and import & export privileges skills
- Strong in working under pressure
- Able to start working immediately would be an advantage
