- Maximize the productivity and high quality of the company. Responsible for the main duties of supervising and controlling employees with the Partner, Venders, and Outsource teams.
- Troubleshoot defects and solve problems of employees with partner, vendor, and outsource teams.
- Control the production budget, Maintain quality standards, and deliver products on time
- Always analyze and take action to achieve better results according to quality standards.
- Maintain the production process and production schedule
- Check the production processes of partners, vendors, and outsources, and also adjust work schedules.
- Supervise and motivate employees working with partner, vendor, and outsource teams.
- Coordinate with QA, PC, and other purchasing departments to ensure smooth production operations.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female, Age 35 - 40 years
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Printing and Packaging Technology or related fields
- At least 5 years of working experience in management as a manager, assistant manager, or supervisor.
- Experience in team management
- Having a driver's license and owning a car
- Intermediate command of English (Able to communicate and report in English)
- Have good management and negotiation skills
- Knowledge and experience in printing/packaging/label would be an advantage
