• Manage and monitor Sales admin team targets by identifying the targets gap and ensuring that team members achieve the individual and team targets as well as finding preventive solutions against the target gap.
• Maintain good relationships with internal and external clients to gain long-term business partnerships.
• Act as a mentor for team members to ensure they perform their tasks efficiently.
• Review, validate, and approve documents from team members before sending them to the relevant parties.
• Other tasks as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female age 35 - 40 years old
• Bachelor’s degree or above in any related field.
• Have experience more than 10 years in Sales analyst
• Have at least 3 years’ experience in a managerial role.
• Automotive / leasing business would be preferable.
• Ability to work under pressure of deadlines and achieve Target/KPI.
• Strong passion and highly driven to achieve targets.
• Ownership mindset and profitability management.
• Leadership and able to mentoring and coaching team members.
• Excellence communication skill.
• Have good management skills to manage team and all assignment.
• Have analysis skills and logical thinking.
• Good command in English (Business level)
• Advance in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel are a must.
