JOB DETAIL

- Interface with Chinese & Taiwanese customers for all requirements (customer window)
- Demand management with customer service as a delivery plan
- Manage cross-functional team to enhance customer satisfaction
- Manage new product introduction and project transfer from customer
- Cost and selling price agreement
- Manage Engineering Change Order (ECO)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender, Age 21 - 30 years old
- New graduates are welcome
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or other related fields
- Lower-intermediate command of English
- Upper-intermediate or Good command of Chinese
- Having HSK 4,5,6 would be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Ability to complete multiple projects under pressure and a limited timeline
- Good customer management, communication, and negotiation skills
