JOB DETAIL
- Responsible for taking care of subordinates, managing marketing team, and sales target
- Responsible for the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies to expand sales target and share.
- Perform market research, competitive analysis, customer engagement and business planning track shipments, handle documentation, and coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth import and export operations.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Male only, age over 28 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a bachelor's degree
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or marketing in the industrial sector (automotive)
- Experience in managing team with subordinates
- Highly motivated with spirit to learn new things
- Good time management
- Able to visit customers upcountry with a driver's license
- Attention to detail, able to work under pressure, independently and in a team
- Hard worker, strong analytical & reasoning skills
- Communicate in English (Listen, Speak, Read, Write)
