JOB DETAIL

o Responsible for accounting transaction AR and reconcile bank.
o Report directs to Leader.
o VAT calculation and declaration.
o Payment process by cheque and internet banking
o Write Pay-in slip.
o Issue Invoice, credit note and AR assistance.
o Properly organizing the documents for running a smooth. (Filing documents.)
o Jobs rotation in accounting section.
o Reconcile E-commerce customer account receivable, record collection, write
off debts in the SAP.
o Other work assigned by Leader/ Manager.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female only (Thai Nationality)
- Age 25-30 years old
- Bachelor Degree in Account or finance
- 1-2 years accounting experiences in the accounting field in the company
- More than approx. 20 employees working preferred
- Foreign company (Japanese Manufacturer company preferred)
- MS-Office (WORD, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) (EXCEL-V Lookup, Pivot Table – Preferred)
- SAP Knowledge (Preferred)
- Have skills and knowledge in AR.
- Have skills understanding of the inventory process.
- English (internal communication-Lower Intermediate level)
