JOB DETAIL
Current HR manager will resign in mid August, and need a replacement. The job role includes:
1. Implement of new regulations&Rules
・ Develop and implement new regulations&rules with top management
・ Communicate changes and updates to relevant stakeholders and provide training as necessary.
・ Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented regulations and rules.
2. Overall HR&labour management
・ In charge of employee's benefits
・ Liaise with visa agency for Japanese expats visa renewal (5 expats)
3. Recruiting
・ Support interview short-listing candidates.
・ Communicate with recruiting agencies and set up interviews
・ Conduct onboarding process, including preparing employment contract.
・ Conduct Offboarding Process such as resignation process.
4. Communicate with Japan HQs (in English)
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
General requirements:
1. Female preferred , age between 38-48 years old
2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources or related field
Must have:
1. 7-10 years of overall HR working experience in any industry.
***Must have thorough understanding of HR functions as a whole, rather than specialized experience in just one area of HR***
2. Experience in implementing HR regulations/rules in a company
3. Having strong knowledge of Thai Labour low / legal Knowledge.
4. Intermediate Level of English
Personality:
1. Able to deal with HR issue arising in the company
2. Good at communication internally and external partners (visa agency, job agency etc)
3. Flexible mindset (and willing to do wider range of HR- related tasks )
