- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Manage project changes and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.
- Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.
- Facilitate meetings and progress reviews with stakeholders.
- Select, negotiate, and manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
- Ensure subcontractors and vendors meet project specifications and quality standards.
- Oversee the procurement of materials and equipment.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and with stakeholders.
- Implement contingency plans as necessary.
- Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor project expenses and manage the project budget.
- Report on financial performance and forecast project costs.
- Implement cost-saving measures without compromising project quality.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male age 30 Years Old up
• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering.
• Over 10 years of experience in the offshore oil and gas industry.
• More than 5 years of experience as a project manager in the offshore oil and gas industry.
• Proficient in various construction tasks in the offshore oil and gas industry.
• Skilled and experienced in managing and supervising teams in project work (planning, scheduling, administration, etc.).
• Capable of managing and supervising subcontractors and vendors.
• Ability to manage construction work according to time, cost, and quality requirements.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledgeable and familiar with relevant international codes such as API, ASTM, AWS, ASME, etc.
• Proficient in Microsoft computer applications.
