JOB DETAIL

1. Control and maintain the system regarding Permission Active Directory and various systems used within the organization through Windows Server.
1.1. Able to use Active Directory to apply to increase system control in the organization.
1.2. Able to use Windows Server to apply to share files, Mail server, and install various applications.
1.3. Study and solve various problems related to Active Directory.
2. Implement and install Server systems such as Build Raid, Install VMWare ESXi, Install Guess OS on VMWare ESXi, or use other Bare Metal Hypervisor systems.
2.1. Design a Physical Server system using RAID to work on Storage or Data Redundancy.
2.2. Able to use VMWare ESXi or others such as Proxmox, and HyperV to use with Virtual Machine.
2.3. Able to use various systems that are Bare Metal Hypervisor as appropriate to the organization.
3. Implement the Monitoring system or monitor the Monitoring of the Physical Server & Visualization Server system to prevent downtime or correct any malfunctions.
3.1. Implement a Monitoring system to track the performance of servers and virtualization servers.
3.2. Able to solve various problems if the server stops working or slows down.
4. Use software or solutions such as Veeam, and EaseUS Backup to check and take care of Backup Data and other systems.
4.1. Able to use various backup systems for use with organizational systems such as Veeam Backup, and EaseUS Backup.
4.2. Able to set the Backup system to work on the desired date and time and at the appropriate time.
4.3. Follow up on the backup system used to avoid errors in the backup system not working and errors in other systems.
5. Coordinate with the Service Provider, ISP, or Vendor in implementing the system or if the system has downtime or additional improvements.
5.1. Coordinate installation with Providers or Vendors to install or create new projects to solve problems in the organization.
5.2. Coordinate with Providers or Vendors to solve problems if there is a faulty system.
6. Able to study the working of network systems or design network systems to be used in the organization.
6.1. Study and understand network systems such as Routers, Switches, and Firewalls.
6.2. Familiar with various network systems and protocols used in work, such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
6.3. Design the organization's systems to be secure, usable at all times, and fast.
7. Able to study and find additional solutions to solve network problems or improve the network system further.
7.1. Able to find various methods to design new systems or improve existing systems. Make it more stable and safer to use.
8. Able to study and learn more about Network Infrastructure or study and apply various software to solve problems for the organization.
8.1. Able to learn and find new knowledge all the time to solve problems or if there are no problems, can use knowledge to improve the system.
9. Able to study and learn how to use Platforms or Software to control the operation of various devices in the organization such as smartphones, computers, laptops, and tablets.
9.1. Understand remote device management using platforms such as MDM or Endpoint Management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Preferred Male, Age not over 35 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related fields
- New Graduated are welcome or have at least 2 years of working experience
- Intermediate command of English (Daily Conversation level is okay)
- Able to start working immediately would be advantaged
- Good communication skills
