JOB DETAIL

- Visit customers/Consultants/Developers, establish good relationships, and obtain project information.
- Lead the project and coordinate with every department both inside and outside the company to meet customers' needs.
- Create sales volume by visiting clients as much as possible.
- Collecting, analyzing, and evaluating information to increase the productivity of sales.
- Make sales goals and assist other members of the sales department.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female, Thai Nationality, Age 27 - 40 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Business Administration or other related fields.
- At least 3 years experience in the sales or marketing field.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills: TOEIC score 650 up.
- Obtain a License for Professional Practice would be an advantage
- Computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Be able to make a presentation and present to customers.
- Preferred, a person who can visit customers willingly with effective communication.
- Engineering license and Able to use MS Office, PhotoShop, MS Project, CAD, BIM, REVIT, (If Sales Engineer)
- Time management, Logical thinking, Customer relations, Industrial Knowledge, Sales Strategy.
- Excellent polite, Passionate, hard worker and well-organized professional with the power to prioritize and multitask.
