JOB DETAIL

-Direct and coordinate project activities including installation and pricing.
-Manage staff, assign tasks to Project Managers, and prepare work schedules.
-Review financial statements and activity reports to measure productivity and identify areas for improvement.
-Monitor projects to ensure efficiency and adherence to budgetary limits.
-Implement cost-effective plans and schedules for project completion.
-Control project costs through regular review of cost reports.
-Establish and maintain long-term client relationships.
-Ensure timely completion of projects according to contract terms.
-Manage customer satisfaction by prioritizing issues.
-Plan, deploy, and coordinate manpower.
-Provide necessary information and guidance to supervisors and subordinates.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

-Male only, age 40-50 years old.
-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
-Minimum of 8-10 years’ experience as a project manager or project director.
-Engineer license level 2 or above.
-Able to communicate in English intermediate level.
-Experience in mechanical and electrical system installation projects (MEP Service) and business management.
-Have connections with consultants, designers, owners, and suppliers.
-Experience in project bidding, Have skills in cost estimation.
