JOB DETAIL

1. Bridging Communication Gaps and Driving Strategic Implementation:
- Acts as a bridge between the Thai team and the Chinese CEO, ensuring clear communication and a shared understanding of business strategies.
- Plays a crucial role in implementing and delivering business strategies, translating them into actionable plans and tangible results.

2. NKA Channel Specialist and Sales Accelerator:
- Drives sales growth by leveraging National Key Account (NKA) channels, including partnerships with mobile phone retailers
- Manages these NKA relationships strategically, fostering strong collaboration and maximizing sales opportunities.
- Utilizes sales expertise to achieve targets and contribute to the overall business objectives.

3. Bilingual Advantage in a Multinational Environment:
- Utilizes fluency in Thai and Chinese to seamlessly interact with colleagues, the CEO, and NKA partners.
- Facilitates cross-cultural communication, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment within a multinational team.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Chinese Nationality with Thai Speaking (highly preferred) or Thai Nationality with Chinese Speaking (considerable)
- Bachelor or Master's degree in business administration or any related fields
- Understand and able to implement company vision & strategy.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Sales/ Key Account Manager roles (international smartphone/related industry preferred).
- Experience with NKA channels (e.g., Comm7, BananaIT) a plus.
- Can work under pressure and weekend working
- Basic computer in MS Office
- Team manage people able to communicate fluently both face to face
