• Manage and review full spectrum of financial accounting (AR, AP, GL, Bank recon, Fixed asset).
• Prepare and ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end financial closing into Prolink / iFreight system. Perform proper analysis of accounts to ensure that entries into the financial accounts are appropriate.
• Closing Financial Statement, conduct financial analysis, FS preparation and submission to the management.
• Experienced with payroll preparation, governmental remittance.
• Finish monthly/quarterly/annual Tax Return as well as other Tax Office related Work, familiar with local taxation regulation.
• Assist in preparing HQ quarterly reporting package prepare cash forecast weekly.
• Account reconciliation for financial statement.
• Coordinating work for annual auditing, including financial data and documents provision.
• Oversea agents Statement management, preparation for the SOA Report weekly and monthly.
• Ensure that necessary statistical reports to the authorities are prepared and returned to the relevant authorities in a timely manner if necessary.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by HQ and GM.
• Leading the ACC Team.
• Ensures that internal control is adhered to.
• Quick learning, qualified in terms of profession skill, energy, and English.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Female, age 30-38 years old
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Experience in Accounting field for 5-10 years
• Experience in Import-export, shipping, forwarding, logistics services is an advantage
• Service industry companies.
• CPD is required
• Good command of English in 6-7/10 is a must.
• Mandarin Chinese would be advantage
• Very good at computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good emailing, time management, multi-task skills
• Organized, careful, supportive, willing to learn new knowledge.
• Can work under pressure with high responsibility
