JOB DETAIL
[Job Description]
-Labor related documentation
-Responsible for HRGA functions (HR, Compensation, Benefits, Welfare and etc...)
-Prepare payroll for monthly and daily staff ,Manage and control General affair and service such as company transportation, company activities , office supplies ,etc.
-Social security fund for staff & operator of each month. Report to Social security for hiring new staff, staff resign
-Support renew Visa & Work permit for Japanese and other ex-pat staffs ,Provident fund report of each month
-Support the agreement of rental , renew the agreement contract (Land , rental office , electricity , lad krabang industrial
-Monitor of staff time attendance & leave record, Handles for employee benefit and compensation.
Prepare of company announcement and company letter.
-Recruitment related tasks
-Reporting to Thai HRGA Manager
-Other tasks assigned by MD or GM
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
【Required】
-HRGA experience at least 5 years in Japanese company
-Intermediate level of English
-Must be able to do HORENSO
-Must be strong documentation skills especially in labor related documents
-Skilled in Trainings
-Skilled in Employee Relation
-ISO9001
