Job Description:

- Be the point of contact and responsible person for QA department towards team
- Find short term solutions in collaboration with other department
- Minimize escalation to higher management by solving
- Receive and Cehck report for supplier
- Claim insurance
- Determine / Judge usability of item which is sorted, reworked, package damanged
- Inform PCM and Communicate with the customer, sales and SCM team
- Suggest solution and options to customer and supplier for approval
- Issue Debit Memo with support by SCM team
- Support supplier for development of new product and customer's audit
- Mentor and review member's performance and suggest to upper management for yearly salary raise and bonus assessment.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any Gender
- Bachelor Degree in any related field
- Have the experience or background of QA department.
- Able to communicate in English and Japanese
