- Plan fleet capacity to ensure operations will enable achieving business targets..
- Identify operational weaknesses and help improve or innovate new processes.
- Manage fleet community to ensure fleet behavior performance and satisfaction.
- Initiate fleet recruitment strategy.
- Drive improvement projects across the organization.
- Set targets for fleet growth and distribution of riders and drivers among different locations.
- Drive analysis on important strategic decisions such as expansion planning.
- Develop analytical tools to enable more accurate fleet capacity planning.
- Work closely with 3PL partners to set processes and ensure SLA targets.
- Work with the Operations Finance team to design suitable pay schemes.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 5+ years of work experience in Logistics management and 1+ year at the management level.
- Positive mindset and passion for connecting talent with opportunities, Able to work well under pressure.
- Logistics cost skill, On-time delivery, Hub profitability, Hub operation, and Logistics planners and dispatchers
- Good leadership skills and Good communication skills.
