JOB DETAIL

- Basic instinct in troubleshoot & problem solving such as
- printer/copier troubleshoot
- Basic network understanding/troubleshoot
- Basic software / OS troubleshoot
- Maintain network stability
- Inventory maintenance & management (firewall, server, PC/laptop, wifi, door system, network switch, printer, voice recording system, toner stock, telephone & PABX system, accessory, …)
- setup, remove (secure erase)
- Troubleshoot & support basic software (eg. MS office, pdf, …)

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female. 22 years old up (Welcome New grad)
- Graduated with a bachelor's degree in IT
- Willing to work in the insurance company
- Experience using Microsoft Visual Studio or Visual Studio Code for development and debugging.
- Able to communicate in English (Intermediate Level)
- Troubleshooting
- Maintenance firewall, server, PC/laptop, wifi, door system, network switch, printer, voice recording system, toner stock, telephone & PABX system, accessory, …)
- Hardware and Software overseeing the installation and maintemance
