ㆍ Communicate industry and company background information and ongoing performance to both local and foreign brokerage and asset management firms.
ㆍ Develop and maintain company investor relations plan to achieve the plan.
ㆍ Establish a close relationship with the group of stakeholders and regulations like SET and SEC.
ㆍ Prepare management discussion and analysis, presentations, IR newsletters, annual reports, and press releases.
ㆍ Manage the IR website by updating information on a timely basis.
ㆍ Monitor analyst reports and summarize them for senior management.
ㆍ Gather financial data to analyze and interpret the financial results
ㆍ Develop revenue projection for the company's annual plan
ㆍ Analyze industry trends, and competitor movement for top management
ㆍ Assist in preparing meeting material on a weekly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
ㆍ Organize conferences, road shows, conference calls, and investor meetings
ㆍ Other tasks assigned by the management.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

▪ Male or female age 28-45 years old
▪ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or Accounting.
▪ At least 3 - 8 years’ experience (depends on position) in Investor Relations, Financial or Business analyst role
▪ Good command of English communication, writing and speaking as well as presentation skills
▪ Understanding the mechanism in equity markets.
▪ Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
▪ Outgoing, friendly, positive and socializing personality
▪ Be able to travel when required
▪ Work Mon-Sat
