JOB DETAIL
HR Job Function
1. Responsible for the HR strategic planning and management, including recruitment, training, organization development, performance evaluation, compensation and benefit, employee relations until retirement.
2. Adjusting people attitudes, working mindset, teamwork, working environment.
3. Plan the training road-map for all section within budget.
4. Managing and making sure the company follow compliance guideline from company policy.
5. PDPA Management and training to employee.
6. Calculate Personal Income Tax for Expatriate. (TAX ON TAX)
7. Process the payroll for employee by EXCEL, calculate overtime for all employee.
8. Making the Accumulate monthly report to accounting. Such as, Provision for Retirement Benefit, Group Insurances, Payroll, Bonus, Expatriate accumulate in Japan Salary.
9. Manage payment in Social Security Insurance, Provident fund and PND1.
10. Preparing the PND91 and submit for Expatriate
11. Make a yearly income report to SSO and report to Thai Revenue Department.
12. Make a Fiscal year budget and estimate the expense and submit to accounting.
13. Coordinate with Group Insurance and make the related documents and negotiate in price.
14. Coordinate with Provident Fund in case, new employee, resign employee or withdraw the fund etc.
15. Manage all company welfare. Such as Home-loan by Bank MOU, submit the monthly payment to Bank, and preparing related document of Bank require or employee require.
16. Control the budget of HR & GA.
17. Solving the problem for both company side and employee side.
18. Planning and check the package for employee yearly health check-up, coordinate with hospital marketing team.
19. Other support MD by assignment.
GA Job Function
1. Generalize the General Affair work process.
2. Setting the regulation for team to control daily work.
3. Managing VISA and Work Permit for expatriate.
4. In charge in Make the Board of Director Minute Meeting, Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholder
5. Manage the government process of change director and etc.
6. Manage the company asset.
7. Manage and control life time of company contract.
8. Purchasing process, check the invoice and correct amount of payment before submit to accounting.
9. Coordinate with the Juristic person, maintenance and any concern.
10. Management in office utilities.
11. Management in company car leasing, check the life-time of contract.
12. Manage the New Year Party and Company trip.
IT Job Function
1. Manage team to contact with Head office in case of have some problem in internal system.
2. Coordinate with our IT outsource for maintenance PC problem.
3. In charge in PDPA iLOG system
4. Manage the Information Security Policy for company
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Male or Female, aged between 38-45 years .
- Need to work in Japanese company at least 5 years.
- Having working experience as HR manager and Admin manager for 10 years.
- Having experience in managing subordinates is preferred.
- Good command of English.
- Good interpersonal skills.
