JOB DETAIL
1.Hiring Tasks:
1.1 Carry out employee contracts: Draft, review, and finalize employment contracts for new hires.
1.2 Recruiting employees for grade level work From the Officer - Management level.
1.3 Update the organization's employee in-out structure: Maintain accurate records of employee movements within the organization, including new hires.
1.4 Summary of daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports to the manager: Compile and present reports detailing recruitment activities and progress to the relevant manager.
1.5 Prepare job interview forms according to standards to meet the needs of the company and each department.
1.6 Make an appointment to sign an employee contract: Schedule meetings for new hires to sign their employment contracts.
1.7 Organize orientation for new employees every 1st and 16th of the month: Plan and conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, procedures, and culture on designated dates.
2.E-Profile Management:
2.1 Check the criminal history, check the educational qualifications, and work experience of the applicant.
2.2 Upload new employee information into the Bytehr system: Enter and update employee data in the Bytehr system to maintain accurate electronic records of personnel information.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Prefer female, age not over 35 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in human resource management, administration, or other related fields.
3. Have at least 3 - 5 years of experience in huma recourses.
4. Able to communicate in English at a good level.
5. Have leadership and good management skills.
6. Have good interpersonal skills and be able to work with other people.
7. Can use Microsoft office as well.
8.Able travel to work at Nakhon Pathom.
