- Conduct Research, Improve, and Develop Products: Plan, analyze, and improve the quality of existing products, as well as develop new ones.
- Optimize Product Costs: Effectively manage product costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure Quality Control: Monitor and control the quality of the production process, including raw material selection, extraction, production, and finished product quality. Prepare Method Validation documents for each stage.
- Prototype Development: Initiate product prototype development by conducting research, analysis, planning, formulation, and sourcing raw materials. This includes selecting the right packaging for key substances.
- Schedule and Plan Work: Set a schedule and plan to complete tasks independently, ensuring timely and efficient completion of work.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender (Thai nationnality)
- Age between 30- 45 years old
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical research and development.
- Experience in sterile pharmaceutical factory will be an advantage.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
