JOB DETAIL

1. SALES JOBS (50%)
• Find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc.
• Respond to enquiries from new / current customers to understand their needs, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
• Prepare product quotation both New Model / Modify as required by customer
• In charge of both inside sales and outside sales.
1) In-house sales: Calling new customers
2) Outside sales (meeting customers outside, both new and existing customers, such as trade shows, product presentations, etc.).

2. ISO related documentation tasks (50%)
• Prepare customer satisfaction assessment
• Prepare a register/ list of notification contracts or other important documents
• Prepare data for Management Review twice a year.

3.Other work
• Prepare sales reports as required by management.
• Coordinate with engineers regarding sending samples to customers.
• Admin support for GM


Extension springs, plate springs, wire forms etc


Automotive company, Home appliance company etc.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Intermediate level of English (Able to communicate with customers by email.)
- Must have knowledge about ISO9001.
- Must have at least 3 years of corporate sales experience
- Interpersonal skills (Need to visit customers)
