・Manage and control QCDS (Quality, Cost, Delivery and Service) & TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
*Work closely with Factory Manager
・Monitoring production line, inventory management, sales forecast/manufacturing capability.
・If there has any problem, will resolve the problem as leader
・Activity for develop better manufacturing team
・Handle Audit from Japanese HQ

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・Male or Female, Age up to 50 years old
・At least 7 years working experience at Factory
・English Intermediate level (For internal communication)

■BETTER TO HAVE
・Ever making manual/regulation about manufacturing
・Ever manage whole manufacturing department
・Ever manage Warehouse
・Ever manage subordinates
・Ever renovate/Update manufacturing Process
