Number of Subordinate: 4 (Permanent & Outsourcing Staffs)

1. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the annual budget for the support section.
- Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining operational efficiency.
2. IT Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of IT infrastructure supporting company's internal operations.
- Collaborate with IT teams to implement necessary upgrades and improvements.
- Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems, including network, hardware, and software components.
3. ERP System Oversight:
- Manage the ERP system used for internal support, ensuring its optimal performance.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to customize and configure the ERP system according to business needs.
- Provide training and support to staff members on ERP system usage and best practices.
4. Team Leadership:
- Supervise a team of two engineers and two outsourced personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Delegate tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion of assignments.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
5. Internal Users Support:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal user support-related inquiries and issues.
- Liaise with company's stakeholders including reginal headquarter in Bangkok and headquarter in Japan to understand their requirements and expectations.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and address concerns promptly.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male/Female. Age 30-40 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in or higher in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in IT field from manufacturing company with experience 1) Budget Management 2) IT Infrastructure (Implementation, Security, Network, Hardware & Software) 3) ERP System 4) Team Management (4members, permanent & outsourcing staffs), 5) Internal User Support
4. If have experience working in Japanese automotive manufacturing company is an advantage.
5. Strong understanding of budget management principles and practices.
6. Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, including hardware, software, and networking.
7. Experience with ERP systems, particularly in customization and configuration.
8. Intermediate Level of English.
9. Able to work on 1-2 Saturdays per month (Work Hours: Mon. - some Saturdays 7.30-16.30) วันทำงานวันเสาร์จะนำมาหยุดวันธรรมดาในช่วงวันหยุดยาว สงกรานต์และปีใหม่ 8-10วันของปีนั้นๆ
