JOB DETAIL

- Coordinate with the Flight Operations Documentation Project Leaders to deliver the customized flight operations documents, aircraft simulation documents and EFB loads to the customers worldwide
- Customize the flight operations documents and EFB loads for aircraft with the specific tools (For example: DocManager, FODM, FlySmart, etc.) in the multiple output formats available (PDF, Ops Library Browser (OLB), eQRH, FlySmart+ and others in EFB format)
- Customize the flight operations documents and EFB loads for aircraft simulators with the specific tools in the digital format for training purposes
- Provide aircraft fleet management, aircraft Service Bulletin (SB) integration and XML expertise for customers’ flight operations manuals
- Follow the current technical manuals authoring processes, checklists, guidelines in the documentation and EFB management services and complete on the self-validation in the customized documents and EFB loads according to the customers’ technical data/documents
- Perform other related duties as assigned

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Bachelor degree (minimum) in aeronautical or appropriate field with equivalent work experience or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years relevant experience in aircraft system and/or flight operations documentations/manuals and EFB loads management
- Good knowledge with skills and experience on the XML authoring tool (ADOC, FODM, DocManager, etc.)
- Good command of English
