JOB DETAIL

- Acknowledge customer needs and communicate them to the team in detail.
- Work together with the product development team to improve and develop work that is better and meets customer needs.
- Take the lead in improving and designing the team's work strategies as well as supporting the increase in knowledge of the team's employees.
- Participate with the design review team to present new ideas, jewelry trends or marketing trends to the Managing Director.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Female/Male, age 30-45 years.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields.
- Experience in jewelry product development for 5 years or more.
- Have knowledge and understanding of the process of designing new jewelry products.
- Have skills in methods of improvement in the jewelry production process.
- Starting work immediately will be an advantage.
- Have good English communication skills.
- Have leadership qualities and are ready to adapt
