JOB DETAIL

- Provide day-to-day operational support and maintenance of EPP Trend Micro in 8x5 Operations.
- Ensure all incident escalation are properly tracked, escalated and with proper closure and assist in troubleshooting if required.
- Manage endpoint security solutions, including antivirus software, firewalls, and intrusion detection / prevention systems.
- Manage and maintain endpoint security systems are configured and maintained in accordance with security best practices
- Monitor network and endpoint security systems to detect and respond to security incidents and Resolve the incident tickets within SLA
- Work closely with customer, the team lead/manager to ensure tasks are executed.
- Maintain existing operational documentation to ensure that any newest changes are captured.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male and Female (Thai Nationality)
- Age 25-35 years old
- Bachelor’s degree of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or Telecom Engineering
- Have security operation and/or IT operation experience (3 years or upper).
- Experience on EPP such as Trend Micro Apex One and Deep Security
- 3+ years of experience with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of an endpoint protection platform
- 3+ years of experience with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Trend Micro Apex One and Deep Security
- At least one of following: Comptia Security+, CCISP, CCSP
- Good command of English
