【Main Duty】
・Process improvement work related to internal accounting operations.
・New services are released on a daily basis, which are introduced and improved internally.
※Currently, the main focus is mainly on internal operational improvements, but external process improvements can also be undertaken depending on the candidate's capabilities.

【Job Description】
・Analyze current business processes within the accounting and other
operation departments, identifying areas for improvement or optimization.
・Design and recommend new processes or modifications to existing processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
・Develop and implement metrics to measure process performance before and after improvements.
・Work closely with the Department Head and other team members to align process improvements with the integration of new technologies.

Report to Japanese MD

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Requirement】
・Bachelor’s degree in Business Process Management, Accounting, or a related field.
・Male or Female
・Age between 25 - 32 years old
・More than 3 years of analyzing and improving business processes within an accounting or financial setting
・Knowledge of process mapping, performance metrics, and quality control methodologies
・Upper Intermediate Level of English
・No Job hopper
