• Financial Strategy Planning for the Company Group to Achieve Expected Results and Align with the Organization's Goals, including Financial Data Analysis, Future Trend Forecasting, and Providing In-depth Information to Support Informed Decision-making at All Levels.
• Supervise and Review Financial Reports to Ensure Compliance with Regulations and Accounting Standards, including Various Reports to Support Board Meetings and Shareholder Meetings.
• Supervise and Control Budgeting, Investment, Cash Flow, Revenue, Capital, Expenditure Planning, and Tax Planning to Align with Organizational Goals.
• Supervise and Review Cash Management, Debt Repayment, Shareholder Equity Management, and Management of Borrowings from Financial Institutions to Ensure the Group Companies Maintain Adequate Liquidity, Appropriate Financial Costs, and Sufficient Cash Flow to Conduct Business.
• Risk Management in Financial Matters, such as Exchange Rates, Interest Rates, Tax Measures, and Related Financial Standards.
• Monitor and Analyze Financial Conditions in the Market, Competitors, and Relevant Industries, including Short-term and Long-term Financial Investment Trends.
• Prepare Financial Situation Analysis Reports for the Group CEO and Management Committee to Provide Decision making Information on Opportunities, Challenges, and Financial Risks.
• Provide Strategic Financial Management Consultation and Information on Investment Management and Budgeting to Support Decision-making by the Group CEO and Management Committee.
• Conduct Feasibility Studies for New Business Ventures to Provide Useful Information for Investment Decision-making, such as Revenue Plans, Future Investment Plans, and Investment Value Analysis.
• Supervise Internal Audit Systems to Ensure Sufficient Internal Control and Support Internal Audit Work and Audit Committee, as well as Support External Audit to Comply with Securities Market Regulations, SEC Requirements, and Other Relevant External Entities.
• Develop the Knowledge of the Accounting and Finance Team to a High Level and Foster a Continuous Development Attitude, including Incorporating New Financial Technologies into Company Operations.
• Responsible for Developing and Maintaining ERP Systems.
• Responsible for Other Assigned Tasks from the Group CEO.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Any gender, age up to 50
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting / Finance / MBA.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• Experience in real estate development.
• Experience in companies listed on the stock exchange or IPO will be considered favourably.
• CPA certification will be considered favourably.
