JOB DETAIL

- Fulfill all requirements of a service engineer leader.
- Job Instruction and Delegation to colleagues and others.
- Responsible for planning the job, following, forecasting the budget, and reporting the job evaluation to customers, management, and others.
- To provide guidelines of product support and service (or troubleshooting) to external and internal customers globally, able to attend meetings and improve work to exceed customer satisfaction, profit, and expense objectives.
- To be responsible for working independently in the maintenance, repair, and installation of electro-mechanical machines including solving the problem.
- Perform maintenance inspections and prepare detailed documentation of necessary repairs and observations.
- Responsible for Planning, following up, and reporting the job summary to customers and management.
- To be responsible for project planning, cost, and budget of jobs.
- To work independently in resolving machinery issues, and advise and instruct the proper maintenance and repair of equipment to customers.
- To provide product support & service (or troubleshooting) to external and internal customers globally, while meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction, profit, and expense objectives.
- Visit Customer Sites and Regularly in touch with Customers and Generate future maintenance services opportunities.
- Focus on Process and handle customer inquiries within a timely manner.
- Delegate and Instruct the Technical support to the customer and site engineers with a focus on site closure.
- Participate, guide the resolution of technical issues & ensure the job timely completion of technical issues impacting customers.
- Attend the training courses and meetings as required by AIDA and oversee the development of colleagues.
- Provide supervisory and technical support to colleagues and communicate with staff at all levels.
- Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times, consistent with client and company expectations, and in doing so help to promote the image of the Company.
- Provide support and co-operation to the management and to colleagues and be prepared and willing to help and contribute to the success of the company at all times.
- Observe and adhere to company health & safety guidelines and contribute to a healthy and safe working environment.
- Communicate and provide feedback to management on opportunities to improve job processes, and customer and associate satisfaction.
- Responsible for completing Each Service Job documentation.
- Punctually and in accordance with any guidelines or schedules issued.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male only
- Age not over 30 years old.
- Engineering degree or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic from a recognized tertiary institution.
- Experience 2 – 5 years in the Service Engineer field (Mechanical or Electronic).
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Have a driving license and own a car.
