JOB DETAIL

- Analyze and plan product development to suit all marketing channels, target customers, and compete with the market, in order to achieve the goals set by the Company.
- Study the feasibility of designing and developing new life insurance products, with details of the coverage conditions of the policy in accordance with the rules and regulations of the life insurance business.
- Collaborate with the life insurance actuarial department in determining product pricing, and determine returns and analyze product profits to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Coordinate with relevant agencies in the design of life insurance products, and develop sales support programs (Sales Tools) and various sales processes to comply with the regulations and work plans.
- Monitor and evaluate sales results about such products, and coordinate with relevant agencies to improve and develop them further.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Any gender (Thai nationality)
- Age between 23- 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree - Master's degree in actuarial science, applied statistics, insurance or other related fields.
- Experience in insurance business Design or development of life insurance products (at least 2 years of experiences)
- Have knowledge of insurance policy conditions In the rules and regulations of life insurance business
- Have skills in Microsoft Excel, Power Point
