- นำบริษัทฯ เข้า IPO
- วางกลยุทธ์ร่วมกับเบอร์หนึ่งขององค์กรทางด้านการเงิน การลงทุน และการมองความเสี่ยงในอนาคต เพื่อหาทางป้องกันและแก้ไข
- เป็นที่ปรึกษาให้กับทุกส่วนที่เกี่ยวข้องทางด้านการเงิน การบริหารสินทรัพย์ของบริษัท การตรวจสอบการวางแผนงบประมาณ การควบคุมค่าใช้จายของบริษัท การควบคุมและตรวจนับสต๊อกสินค้าคงคลัง
- มีความสามารถในการตัดสินใจในเรื่องของบัญชีและการเงินในทุกมิติของบริษัท ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการดูแลและตรวจสอบรายงานทางบัญชี
- ดูแลระบบบัญชีให้มีประสิทธิภาพในการที่จะป้องกันความเสี่ยงต่าง ๆ ที่จะเกิดขึ้นในบริษัท
- ดูแลเรื่องการเงิน การหาแหล่งเงินทุน การวางแผนการลงทุนเพื่อเพิ่มกำไรให้บริษัท หรือการวางแผนไม่ให้เกิดค่าใช้จ่ายทางด้านดอกเบี้ยที่ไม่เหมาะสม และนำเงินไปลงทุนอย่างมีกลยุทธ์

Key Responsibilities:
Handle overall financial functions to be listed company within these 1-2 years such as IPO process, Funding as well as oversee Finance and Accounting Team.

Job Description:
Developing a financial strategy:
1. Work with CEO (Thai-Ameriban) and other senior executives to develop a financial strategy that is aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
2. Analyze financial data, assessing risks and opportunities, and identifying areas where the company can improve its financial performance.

Managing financial reporting:
1. Ensure that the company's financial reports are accurate, timely, and compliant with all relevant regulations
2. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, working with external auditors, and ensuring that the company is following all relevant accounting standards.
3. *Secure financing by working closely with investment bankers, underwriters, and other financial advisors to secure financing for the IPO.
4. *Negotiating the terms of the offering, setting the price for the shares, and developing marketing materials to promote the company to potential investors.

*Communicating with investors:
1. Once the IPO has been launched, the CFO will be responsible for communicating with investors and providing them with regular updates on the company's financial performance.

Managing risks:
1. Identify and manage risks associated with the IPO process, including financial, legal, and reputational risks.
2. Work with legal counsel and other advisors to ensure that the company is complying with all relevant laws and regulations, and that any potential issues are identified and addressed in a timely manner.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male. Age between 35-40 years old.
2. Bachelor's degree in food science or related field.
3. More than 5 years as CFO with proven experience of IPO Registration & Documentation Process.
4. Upper Intermediate level of English.
5. Result-oriented and innovative person.
