JOB DETAIL

・Approaching for existing clients
・Making appointment and visit client's office
*2-4Days per week. Client's office is mostly located in Bangkok.
・Get Inquiry and hearing general information about client's demand
・Sharing client's information to internal team member for further process
*At first, no need to understand detail/technical knowledge
Japanese sales manager will support for technical problems and closing deals
*In the future, coordinate between client, engineer, and "design cost estimation" staff by myself

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

■MUST HAVE
・Female only. Up to 35 years old
・Bachelor degree in any field
・At least 2 years Sales experience as BtoB sales
・Japanese Upper intermediate level (N2 or N1)
・English Intermediate level (Speak/Write/Read)
・Experience of checking about contract contents
*Contract condition will be different from each client/project
*This client provide oder-made service
*No need legal background.

■BETTER TO HAVE
・More than 1 year working experience in construction industry

*Optional
・Driver license and own car
・No need own car and driver license
