• Develop, monitor and control annual Business Continuity Management (BCM) activities plan.
• Conduct and execute Business Continuity rehearsal with internal and external parties.
• Control, monitor, review and maintain Internal Operation Procedure, including business continuity procedure of Bangkok branch in alignment with Head Office and local law, especially Bank of Thailand (BOT).
• Recommend, facilitate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to establish or revise operation process and procedure.
• Conduct training session to ensure staffs acknowledgement of operational policies and procedures
• Monitor and control operational safety.
• Performs other duties as assigned by head of operation planning.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree or above in Banking, Business, Economics, Finance or related fields.
• 5+ years of professional work experience in banking business continuity management or banking operation process & procedure.
• Strong experience in business continuity management in banking / financial service sectors.
• Knowledge of mainstream banking products.
• Experience in project management, planning, analytical skills in banking operation process and procedure as well as banking regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication (English and Thai proficiency at business level or above) as well as presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and be able to work both independently within given guidelines or as part of a team.
