-Ensure alignment between procedure and assembly instructions received from the Italian headquarters with the ongoing manufacturing processes
-examine or provided documentation and the actual manufacturing procedures.
-Engage with all relevant parties to discuss and understand the reasons behind non- compliance
-Clarify any ambiguities or misunderstandings related to the misalignment between documentation and manufacturing processes.
-Update and align the documentation with the existing manufacturing processes or adjust the manufacturing processes to match the provided documentation.
- Communicate with HQ parties, for technical issues
- Inform HQ parties and coordinate the alignment of information between procedure, documents, drawings, assembly instructions, and the actual manufacturing process.
-Ensure the accuracy and integrity of manufacturing documentation
-Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
-Maintain and update quality data in the SAP system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
-Collaborate with SAP administrators to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
- Manage valve costing data, including Bill of Materials (BOM), routing, and material master data.
- Ensure accuracy in costing information and collaborate with relevant teams for updates.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues related to production processes, SAP data, assembly instruction and procedure.
- Collaborate with maintenance and SAP personnel to address technical problems.
- Maintain accurate records of production and SAP data.
- Work closely with the production team, quality control, quality insurance, SAP administrators, and relevant departments.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female (Thai nationality)
- Age 30-40 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical education or certification in manufacturing processes is a plus.
- 2-3 years of experienced
- Proven experience in manufacturing, preferably in industrial valve production.
- Familiarity with LPG valve manufacturing processes and SAP data management.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Knowledge of SAP systems and experience in data maintenance.
- Good communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.
