Job description
• Warehouse management
• Establish strategies for developing operation flow, utilizing technology and various equipment in the workflow process to enhance efficiency. In logistics operations, aim to reduce service costs and enhance operational standards to international levels.
• Set strategies for improving service quality to meet global standards, fostering customer trust in the quality of products and services.
• Define strategies for developing personnel to enhance their capabilities in warehouse and delivery operations.
• Analyze, propose, select, and implement investment initiatives related to renovation and repair of warehouse buildings, shelving systems, equipment, and transportation systems. Utilize new technologies for process control and monitoring, and employ suitable outsourcing solutions based on business circumstances and competition conditions.
• Collaborate in planning and proposing appropriate inventory management strategies, aligned with the business environment.
General management
• Establish guidelines and drive project initiatives to improve operational efficiency, ensuring alignment with objectives.
• Monitor and evaluate various project outcomes.
• Establish foundations and regulations for personnel operations within the department.
• Set standards and collaborate in selecting transportation service providers with the procurement department.
• Coordinate and collaborate with related departments.
• Foster teamwork within and across departments.
• Develop and refine organizational structure, internal management within the department, and establish appropriate staffing frameworks.
• Define policies and guidelines for personnel development within the department.
• Review and evaluate the performance of managerial staff within the department.
• Take responsibility for maintaining peace, safety, and overall regulations within the warehouse office.
• Control and approve various expenses related to departmental operations and the warehouse office.
• Participate in company activities as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or female (Prefer female) 40-50 years.
• Bachelor or Master Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or any related field.
• Experience as Warehouse and logistics management at least 10 years
• Management skill and time management.
• Good command of English
• MS office and Warehouse Management System
• Leadership, problem solving, coordination and negotiation skill
