Please note that this job requires overtime until late night (until around 9pm to 2am)
1. Event Management
・Coordinate with sales & marketing team, drivers, warehouse, and agents/suppliers to arrange furniture and POP
・Prepare and distribute ingredients and cooking tools for the cooking demonstrations
・Prepare necessary items for each event and schedule drivers to pickup and deliver them to the venues.
・Make stand out product displays that fit with our brand image and our promotions to attract customers
・Maintain furniture and any other promotional tools in ready-to-use condition. Create, renew, or dispose if necessary
・Support and solve any problem in the storefront such as furniture damage, door broken, loss and so on.
・Suggest prospective events & exhibitions and proceed with necessary arrangement
・Analyze the results against all related activities and then take improvement measures
*You will be working with 1or 2 staff for setting up the event at night.

2. Others
・Develop premium gifts for marketing activities
・Instruct PC staff about VMD (stands for "Visual Merchandising", which is creative displays and store layout to make products more appealing to customers and encourage them to buy.)
・Handle other works as assigned by superiors.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

- Male or Female age between 25-35 years old
- Minimum 3 years of experience in managing sales events and visual merchandising is required.
- Required to work overtime until 9pm or latest around 2am.
- Experience in consumer product market is a plus.
- Cooking skill is a plus.
- Intermediate level of English
- Must have driver's license & own car (to drive to various stores)*
*Working locations are mostly in department stores, exhibition halls, or cooking studios in Bangkok.
However, sometimes you may be required to work outside Bangkok.
