JOB DETAIL

Implement, install and configuration ERP applications.
o Defining, analyze and mapping the needs of the client’s business.
o Design business process flow to map with applications’ functionalities.
o Design forms and reports.
o Prepare the customized specification, manual and user training.
o Data conversion/migration.
o Provide Helpdesk support.
o Conduct project team member (junior consultant and programmer) to meet project schedule and
deliverables.
o To assist and support any member of the sales team with the qualification of a prospect.
o Design alternate options or walk-around solutions if there are application or system limitation.
o Demo applications to customer.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

o Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Accounting Information System (AIS) or Management
Information System (MIS), Computer Science/ Engineering or other related fields.
o At least 1 year experience in working with any ERP software package in Accounting, Financial,
Sales & Purchase, Inventory (NAV is preferable).
o Knowledge Accounting Information System
o Hold Microsoft NAV certification is an advantage.
o Good command of written and spoken English.
o Professional & responsible attitude towards the company and customers.
o Patience and active, able to devote extra efforts for project implementations.
