JOB DETAIL

• Oversee daily service operations to uphold adherence to quality, environmental, and safety standards, while ensuring client satisfaction at their designated site.
• Offer our clients comprehensive product knowledge and technical solutions.
• Collaborate with and supervise authorized service contractors and dealers regarding service and maintenance tasks.
• Identify opportunities for repairs and collaborate with the service sales team to reach repair sales objectives.
• Responsibility to proactively visit clients, promptly address service requests, efficiently deliver service solutions, and uphold the delivery of high-quality service in alignment with the company's dedication to exceptional customer service.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male. Age 22 - 35
• More than 3 years of working experiences preferable in related field. Hands-on service and technical support.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineer, or equivalent.
• Customer service focused, result-oriented, hardworking, self-motivated, and with a tactical and strategic mindset
• Own a car with a valid driving's license and willingness to travel.
• Excellent active listening and customer service skills.
• Skilled in problem-solving and active learning.
• Computer skills are preferred.
• Independent, but also versatile as team player with good organizing skills.
