Department: Financial Planning and Valuation

Main Purpose:
To oversee and manage the financial strategy, policy planning, and financial research of company and its subsidiaries efficiently, ensuring accuracy in compliance with relevant regulations, laws, and policies/standards, to maximize benefits for the organization.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Study alternatives, assess the impact of each alternative, and formulate financial structure policies (Capital Structure), asset & liability management (Asset & Liability Management) suitable for the Company and its group of companies, considering their impact on the Company, such as net profit, cash flow, financial ratios, credit ratings, and stakeholders. These policies must be aligned with the strategies of the Group company, investment plans, and financial status of each company, as well as accounting standards, laws, regulations, corporate governance policies, and internal audit processes of each company.
• Conduct analysis and monitor the credit rating assessment of the Company (Credit Rating) and the annual review by studying and utilizing the methodologies of credit rating agencies to predict rating trends in case of upgrades or downgrades, including providing information, verifying, and filtering internal data of the Company before dissemination to credit rating agencies.
• Review the financial status of target businesses and evaluate the feasibility and returns on investment (Financial Due Diligence) to ensure that such investments are appropriate and aligned with the Company's financial/investment policies.
• Prepare financial budgets, financial positions, and financial requirements of the Company and its group of companies, including analyzing various financial estimates and ratios for use in setting operational directions, investment directions, performance evaluation criteria (KPI), and long-term financial strategies of the organization.
• Develop financial plans for raising funds from capital markets and/or borrowing, both short-term and long-term, for the Company and its group of companies, by preparing cash flow forecasts and funding needs to facilitate future fundraising activities.
• Design and develop financial modeling systems, including financial sensitivity analysis, to efficiently analyze and process financial data promptly and accurately, meeting the needs of senior management for decision-making and investment planning.
• Prepare estimates and propose dividend payment options in various scenarios, analyze the impact of dividend payments on the Company's cash flow, and present them to management and the board of directors for further consideration.
• Provide financial management advice to the group of companies regarding related financial management.
• Adhere to the rules, regulations, orders, policies, procedures, work methods, criteria, and standards of the Company.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female age 26- 32
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics with GPA 3.00 up (MUST)
• At least 4 years of experience in finance, banking, and/or accounting
• Knowledge of accounting standards
• Knowledge of accounting regulations
• Knowledge of rules, regulations, and laws of the Stock Exchange of Thailand/Securities and Exchange Commission
• Knowledge of accounting/financial/credit/company regulations and policies
• Knowledge of shareholder financial policies
• Knowledge of financial institution consolidation and acquisition
• Good command of English with TOEIC 700 (expired can apply)
