Strategy Team Information
Our Strategy Business Unit brings real results for our clients, working with them as the Real Partner to help them modernize their business to compete in their market. We support all aspects of enterprise and digital transformation from strategy, organization, people, process, and technology to bringing real change. Within our Strategy team, you can get exposure to the following services both locally and internationally.
Responsibilities:
• Managing and developing the change management strategies, and plan covering communication,
training, and other activities to increase the success of change adoption and sustain the outcome.
• Creating the content of communication, and activities to ensure the adoption of change.
• Working with other team members to gather and analyze the information on key changes, the impact of the working process, or employee behavior change.
• Research or understand the significance of change and be able to provide suggestions or
recommendations that can be used to solve the impact of changes.
• Conducting or facilitating effective activities, communication tasks, and training in order to drive
out change strategies activities.
• Measuring the effectiveness of change management activities, communication tasks and training
and be able to adjust according to the situation and necessary.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Communication, Business Management, or any related fields.
• At least 3 years of working of experience, preferably in consulting with change management
exposures, experienced in Project Management Office (PMO) is a plus.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
including the ability to analyze complex issues, develop hypotheses, and recommend solutions
• Able to use data analytic programs, including Microsoft Excel, Power BI etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English).
• Experience managing small to medium teams within a complex environment.
