1. Management of company's confidential information and resources
2. Production Planning (Daily, Weekly, Monthly)
3. Raw material/material procurement and cost management
4. Personnel planning and management according to production capacity
5. Appropriate staffing and organizational management within the factory
6. Labor management such as raw material procurement, personnel and equipment management, control of labor force and working hours, appropriate adjustment of overtime hours, shift work, etc.
7. Thorough safety management (accidents, problems) and health management (disease prevention and foreign substance contamination prevention)
8. Hygiene management (prevention of bacteria and contamination)
9. Compliance with company regulations (management of attendance, vacation, clothing, etc.)
10. Suggestions for streamlining and improving production, labor and energy saving measures
11. Machinery investment proposals and cost reductions
12. Confirmation and approval of standards and documents
13. Check and confirm information regarding product returns and complaints
14. Cost management within the factory
15. Improving the knowledge and ability of factory workers and managing human resources
16. Manufacturing department KPI management, 5S activities

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

[Must]
・University graduate or above (Graduates with food-related major)
・Must have factory management or Production Manager or QCQA Manager experience at any food manufacturing factories before
・Must have knowledge about FSSC22000, ISO9001, HACCP and GMP
・Do not need English skill, You can submit Thai resume
