【Main Duty】
Will manage the factory (Chonburi and Rayong)together with Japanese.

【Job discription】
◯ Production Management
Formulation, execution, and management of production plans.
Creation of production volumes and schedules based on product demand forecasts.
Establishment of an efficient production system considering equipment utilization and raw material procurement status.
Regular review of production progress and revision of plans as necessary.
Reduction of production costs.
Promotion of cost-reduction activities for materials, energy, and labor.
Implementation of reviews and improvement proposals for production processes.
Consideration and evaluation of equipment investments.

◯ Quality Management
Inspection and management of product quality.
Setting and achieving quality goals.
Analysis of causes and formulation of preventive measures for quality issues.

◯ Safety Management
Compliance with health and safety laws.
Implementation of safety education and training.
Prevention of occupational accidents.

◯ Equipment Management
Maintenance and management of equipment.
Creation and execution of equipment inspection and maintenance plans.
Rapid response to equipment failures.
Formulation and execution of equipment renewal plans.
Consideration and evaluation of equipment investments.
Consideration of equipment investments for improving production efficiency and cost reduction.
Analysis of investment effects.

◯ Personnel Management
Recruitment, education, and development of employees.
Recruitment of personnel with necessary skills.
Support for employee skill development and career planning.
Enhancement of employee motivation.
Labor management.
Maintenance and improvement of labor conditions.
Negotiations with labor unions.
Improvement of employee satisfaction.

◯ Financial Management
Budget management.
Preparation, execution, and management of the budget for the steelmaking division.
Analysis of revenue and costs.
Investment management.
Management of equipment and research and development investments.
Improvement of investment returns.

◯ Information Management
Collection and analysis of information on production, equipment, personnel, and finance.
Decision making based on information.
Information security measures.

◯ Participation in meetings with the headquarters in Japan.

※Work location: Can choose Chonburi or Rayong
※Saturday or night shifts are only for equipment installation, etc.
About 1 to 3 times a year.
Depends on the company situation

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering related
・Male or Female
・Age between 38-48 years old.
・Upper Intermediate Level of Japanese or Upper Intermediate level of English （Must have JLPT N2 or TOEIC 800）
・More than 8 years of Engineer experience in steel manufacturing or chemical field
・Must have experience working as interpreter from factory.
・Work experience as a factory manager or overall factory management

・Study abroad or work experience in Japan
