【Main Duty】
Will manage the production line together with Japanese engineers.

【Job discription】
・Improvement of work process
・Improve the quality of the production site.
・Productivity factory improvement
・Reduction of defective products
・Act as Interpreter between a Japanese Factory manager and Thai staff with diverse voices, accents, speaking tempos and personalities.
・Solving all quality problems and take the corrective action.
・Developing and improving the overall of Quality Management Systems and activities in organization.
・Organize, determine, arrange, manage production staffs / manpower/ resources align with Production/ activities schedule
・Monitor and expedite to get production output align with target/plan to ensure meeting delivery with cost and quality standard
Required work experience
・Inform relevant parties of factors that may hinder your performance.

※Work location: Chonburi or Rayong
Can choose

※Saturday or night shifts are only for equipment installation, etc.
About 1 to 3 times a year.
Depends on the company situation

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

【Must】
・Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Engineering related
・Male or Female
・Age between 25-45 years old.
・Upper Intermediate Level of Japanese（Must JLPT N2 UP）
・Lower Intermediate level of English
・More than 5 years of Engineer experience in steel manufacturing or chemical field
・Must have experience working as interpreter from factory.

【Advantage】
・Study abroad or work experience in Japan
