JOB DETAIL
- Drive Talent and Succession Plan of the Organization.
- Set indicators of qualifications and competencies.
- Set personnel testing and evaluation tools for consideration in selecting a group of potential employees (Key Talent Pool).
- Conduct evaluation of employees' performance and potential.
- Analyze Training Needs and set Individual Development Plans.
- Support activities of in-house and outside training.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- Thai Nationality, Age is not over 30 years old
- Bachelor's degree in HRM or related fields.
- Experiences 2 - 6 years in Succession Planning Organization or Talent Successor in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong communication and good coordination.
- Good computer skills and English skills.
- Service mind and positive thinking.
