JOB DETAIL
● Consult with customers and propose solution to the issues that they have
● Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads
● Answer potential customers' questions and provide additional information to close sales
and achieve sales targets.
● Explain and demonstrate features of products and services
● Train users how to use the app & recommend usage ideas
● Follow-up & provide consulting support to ensure successful usage
● Support Thai and overseas customers in English & Thai via LINE Official, email, phone, etc.
● Handle internal procedures & contact customers (new and renewal contract)
● Continuously create & update support materials
● Translation for any announcement, language in the app etc.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
● Thai nationality, Female, Age 26-32 years old
● Bachelor’s degree of any field
● More than 2 years of experience in B2B sales or more than 2 years as being a
consultant
● Good command of English (TOEIC 800 up) - Business Level. Able to explain, give
advice, discuss business (both verbally and in writing)
● Familiar with using Microsoft Office, G Suite i.e. Google Doc, Google Sheets, LINE etc.
● Having experience of studying abroad in an English-speaking country would be an advantage
● Having knowledge of Japanese language would be an advantage (JLPT N3)
