JOB DETAIL

• Managing direct procurement processes – full cycle from RFQ sending to the part delivery control.
• Negotiating with supplier on lead-time, cost, quality and payment terms.
• Monitoring and tracking pending POs.
• Perform procurement role in management of invoice and payment process.
• Negotiating contracts with vendors to secure the best deals and terms.
• Solving quality issues and claim process monitoring if any occurs.
• Establishing strong relationships with suppliers, searching for new suppliers and vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

• Male or Female 25 - 35 years old
• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or higher in related fields.
• Knowledge of English language at advanced level (speaking and writing).
• Aviation background is obligatory.
• At least 1 year of experience in purchasing/sales or related fields in aero part or Automotive part.
• Strong analytical skills, detailed and results-oriented problem solving, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation and team management.
• Computer skills (Google Sheets, Gmail).
• Able for business trips if required.
