JOB DETAIL
1 Plan and recruit personnel within the organization within the specified timeframe.
2 Coordinate and publicize vacant positions through job application channels.
3 Schedule interviews between departments and job applicants.
4 Prepare documentation for job hiring approval.
5 Prepare employment contracts and information for new employees.
6 Responsible for contacting, coordinating, and participating in relevant activities such as Campus Recruitment and Job Fairs.
7 Responsible for recruitment reports submitted to superiors on a weekly and monthly basis.
8 Communicate and coordinate both internally and externally with organizations related to personnel recruitment.
9 Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
1 Bachelor's degree or higher in any field.
2 Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
3 Excellent communication skills in Chinese, preferably at a good level (Consideration for HSK 5 and above).
4 At least 3 years of work expereince in Recruitment function is a must
5 Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
6 Flexible with time management.
7 Enjoy interpersonal communication and have good interpersonal relationships.
8 Ability to work well under pressure.
9 Available to start work immediately would be considered as a plus.
