Product: Medical devices imported from Korea
Client: Beauty Clinics, mainly in Bangkok area.
Product: Facial Laser Machine (เครื่องเลเซอร์หน้าใส)
Number of Subordinate: 4-5 Sales Staffs
*Assist Sales to present product to clients as 'Product Specialist'

1. Conduct market research to understand customer and patient needs, market trends, and competition, using insights to inform brand strategies.
2. Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive product awareness, market growth, and revenue.
3. Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote products and enhance brand visibility.
4. Manage the marketing budget effectively to achieve marketing goals and objectives.
5. Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of brand initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals.
6. Ensure that all marketing and promotional activities comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
7. Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals to support brand advocacy.
8. Provide in field teams with the necessary tools, materials, and information to effectively promote the brand.
9. Identify potential risks to the brand's success and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
10. Develop training materials and sessions for internal and external stakeholders to ensure a clear understanding of the brand

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE

1. Male or Female. Age between 30-40 years old.
2. Bachelor's in medical science, pharmaceutical, or related fields
3. Minimum 4 years of experiences as product manager/product specialist with at least 2 years of direct experience in facial laser machine industry.
4. Able to review clinical papers and drafting appropriate claims of ficial treatment devices/machines.
5. Upper intermediate level of English.
6. Strong presentation, negotiation, and project management skills.
7. Prefer candidate with personal car.
